Participate in ZEDRIV product development group meeting and design confirmation. At the same time, the full-time project manager should also be responsible for reporting the key sample delivery and the implementation status of project nodes. The time schedule issued by ZEDRIV must be observed. Any part (ZEDRIV or supplier) should bear the economic loss caused by its violation of schedule ,while it resulting in change of development cycle, cost or quality. The supplier shall be responsible for the cost increase (such as mold design change, additional tooling and inspection tool, material change and additional test item) caused by parts design reasons (supplier responsibility), project node and plan delay and sample delivery date delay. 供应商必须保证满足ZEDRIV的项目设计质量。零部件设计原因(供应商责任)导致成本提高(如设变模具、增加工装检具、变更材料以及增加试验项目等)、项目节点与计划延迟以及交样日期推迟的事项,以上损失由供应商承担。 3.5The supplier shall timely inform CAIEC purchasing personnel, SQE engineers and development engineers in writing of any potential technical issues, such as problems, accidents, latest information, project changes and other matters that may lead to cost increase, project node and plan delay and sample delivery date delay. The sample shall be free of damage and surface crack, and shall meet the requirements of sealing test after the test. 耐振动试验:把副水箱总成安装在振动试验工装上,往副水箱内装水至最高液位刻度线位置,同时增加副水箱总成压力到125kPa,查找副水箱的共振振动频率N,设置振动频率:N×(1±10%)Hz,加速度:4.4g,上下振动8h,左右振动4h,前后振动4h,之后进行密封试验。试样无破损、表面无龟裂,试验后应满足密封试验要求。 5.6.2Opening pressure test of pressure cover: plug the redundant joints of the auxiliary water tank assembly except the water make-up port and the overflow port of the pressure cover, and completely immerse them in the water; inject compressed air into the water make-up port. Store at 23 ± 2 ℃ for 2 hours. Then it was transferred to the low temperature test chamber and stored at - 40 ± 2 ℃ for 4H. Then raise the temperature to 23 ± 2 ℃ for 1 h, and take out. More than two cycles were conducted. The sample has no deformation, surface crack, dimension change ≤ 5%, and meets the requirements of sealing test. 把副水箱总成加满防冻液,放置高温试验箱,在高温120±2℃下存放4h。常温23±2℃下放置2h。再转放置低温试验箱-40±2℃下存放4h。再升温至23±2℃,1h后取出。进行两次以上循环试验。试样无变形、表面无龟裂,尺寸变化≤5%,并且满足密封试验要求。 4 Cold test 耐寒试验 Fill the auxiliary water tank assembly with - 45 ℃ antifreeze, place it in the low temperature test chamber, and store it at - 40 ± 2 ℃ for 24h. The sample has no deformation and surface crack, and the change of installation size and interface size between installation points is less than or equal to 5%, which meets the requirements of sealing test. 把副水箱总成加满-45#防冻液,放置低温试验箱,在低温-40±2℃下存放24h。试样无变形、表面无龟裂,安装点之间安装尺寸及接口尺寸变化≤5%,并且满足密封试验要求。 5 Creep test 蠕变试验 The test piece is fixed in the simulated loading state, and the internal pressure of 135kpa ± 2KPa is applied continuously. The coolant level is at the max scale, and the coolant temperature in the test piece is maintained at 110 ± 2 ℃ and the ambient temperature is maintained at 110 ± 2 ℃ for 200H. The test piece must be free of structural damage and functional failure, and meet the requirements of sealing test. 将试件模拟装车状态进行固定,并持续施加135kPa±2kPa内压,冷却液液面在MAX刻度线处,试件内的冷却液温度保持110±2℃,环境温度110±2℃,保持200h。试件必须无结构损伤和功能失效,并且满足密封试验要求。 6 Negative pressure test 负压试验 Fix the test piece according to the loading state; stabilize the test ambient temperature at 108 ℃, and let the test piece stand until the test piece temperature reaches the ambient temperature; increase the vacuum degree in the tube at the speed of - 9.8kpa/s until it reaches - 90kpa, and keep the pressure for 1min.
